Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Award Nomination:

​All ​nominees who aren't able to win the award will be refunded their nomination fee. No refund shall be given if the winner decides not to receive the award.

• Other Attendance or Sponsorship:

Cancellation will be accepted only within 30 days from the date of payment. All cancellations will account for a 10% admin fee deduction. The refund will be calculated as:

• 90% refund if canceled within 15 days from the date of payment

• 50% refund if canceled within 30 days from the date of payment

• 0% refund if canceled after 30 days from the date of payment

A full refund will be applicable only if the event is canceled by the organizer. No refunds will be provided if the event is postponed or shifted to a different location due to natural calamity, change in policy by local government, pandemic, epidemic.

 

A refund shall not be offered in any case of visa rejections or travel restrictions. This is at the sole responsibility of an attendee, participant, awardee, or speaker. ClickAway Creators or CAC Media & Events (LexTalk World or EdTalk World) shall not be kept liable for travel or visa in any given scenario.

Cancellation will be accepted only when a cancellation email is sent on contact@clickawaycreators.com from the registered email address with your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.), and a brief comment explaining if you would like a refund.

 

Your refund request will typically be processed within 15 days of receiving it. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
